“She promptly followed up with me as soon as I was referred to the service. She gave a very thorough overview of my condition and how to manage it etc. I feel very comfortable and able to contact her about anything if needed.
“But most of all Donna has gone above and beyond and has helped me complete a medical procedure not related to gestational diabetes that others have not helped with. Donna took it in hand and arranged everything with such kindness and enthusiasm – really going out of her way to help me.
“I know how busy she must be, and I really value her efforts on my behalf. We appreciate her extra effort and care.”
