Our hospitals and emergency departments remain open - we're here if you need us.Here are some key reminders to help you get through.

  • If your life is in danger, call 111 immediately.

  • Our EDs are for emergency medical care. For less critical non-emergency care please phone your GP. If your doctor is unavailable, please contact your local urgent care clinic().

  • A community pharmacy can help if you don’t have your regular prescription medications. A list of open pharmacies can be found on Healthpoint.

  • If you’re not sure where you need to go to seek help, call Healthline 0800 611 116

  • Visit Auckland Emergency Management() for up-to-date information on the storm response.

  • If you need urgent accommodation assistance please call 0800 22 22 00.
