An important part of Communication for Career Development training is the understanding that our personal values – in life and in work – are reflected in many careers in healthcare.

This programme is a combination of digital literacy and skills in business and employment-related literacy. It supports learners to develop confidence and practical skills for their career development.

Communication for Career Development is part of our To Thrive programme which supports kaimahi in cleaning, waste and orderly services to maximise their income, support their personal and professional development and improve their working lives and health, through access to job-specific training, financial capability education and career pathways.
